Exchange Eligibility

Exchange support is available if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a defective product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is not working when received

Reporting Time

Please contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.

To process your exchange request, please share:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • An unboxing video, if available

Product Condition

To be eligible for exchange:

  • The product must be unused
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • All accessories, cables, manuals, and items received in the box must be included
Change of mind: Change-of-mind returns may not be accepted once the product has been delivered, especially if the product is opened, used, or not in original condition.

Damaged During Use

We cannot offer an exchange if the product is damaged due to misuse, water damage, rough handling, incorrect charging, or physical breakage after delivery.

Refunds

LumaNest mainly offers exchange support for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Refunds may only be considered in special cases where an exchange is not possible.
