Atelier orders normally arrive within 5–6 days. Your piece is checked and carefully packed in 1–2 days, dispatched in 2–3 days and then delivered nationwide.
Is delivery complimentary?
Yes. Nationwide delivery is complimentary on every LumaNest Atelier product.
How does Cash on Delivery work for Atelier?
Cash on Delivery is available with a 50% advance payment via bank transfer. The remaining amount is paid when the order arrives. Bank details are shown at checkout.
How is the product protected during shipping?
Every piece is hand checked and secured using layered protective packaging suited to delicate decorative objects before leaving the LumaNest warehouse.
Will the colour look exactly the same in person?
Minor tonal differences can occur because of lighting, screen settings and the character of textured finishes. These subtle variations are part of the piece rather than defects.
How should I care for my Atelier piece?
Use a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water, harsh cleaning agents and abrasive materials. Place the object on a stable surface away from high moisture.
