Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. You can place your order online and pay when your parcel arrives.

Can I use these lamps for study or work?

Our desk lamps and touch lamps are suitable for study tables, work desks, bedside use, and everyday lighting. Galaxy projectors and crystal lamps are more suitable for ambiance and decor.

Returns & Exchange

What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video if available. Our team will review your request and help with exchange support.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Change-of-mind returns may not be accepted once the product has been delivered, especially if the product is opened, used, or not in original condition.
